10 things to do when you feel like crap: 1. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐭, 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫. Cry if you want to. Feel sorry for yourself, then move on. 2. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦. You will feel different once you're finished. 3. 𝐆𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤.  More dopamine and endorphins = more happiness and more energy. 4. 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝.  Ask about their day, and laugh with them. 5. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧.  Look at the stars. Breathe the cold air in. Makes you feel alive. 6. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.  Believe in the power of attraction and say nice things to yourself. 7. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫(𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚). It refreshes your mood. 8. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬. Let them go. Half of your crap is because of this baggage. 9. 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞.  Stimulate your taste buds. 10. 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 5 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤.  It can be a simple task. Doesn't matter. Which one helps you when you're having a bad day? Lemme know in the comments ⬇ Repost ♻ if it helped.
