Happy Health Day! Yesterday, the fresh autumn breeze blew in new faces and ideas into our site in Markdorf. The physical and mental health of our employees is very important to us, which is why we held a Health Day in addition to our various other employee benefits. 🧠 Stress, mental health and resilience are important aspects of health. The insightful presentation by Fürstenberg Institut was one highlight of this day. Some easy to implement tricks like breathing techniques were instantly tested by eager participants and the interest on the offered services was huge. 🍏 The interactive quiz from BKK ZF & Partner was an entertaining way to learn about nutrients and the amount of sugar in some popular foods. In addition they offered a valuable presentation to raise awareness for this topic. 🥗 To make that day healthy for everyone our Josefs Restaurant offered a special well-balanced healthy meal plan. Thanks to everyone contributing and joining this fun way to increase personal well-being.
