With limited time and boundless creativity, we set out to create an immersive multiplayer soccer penalty shootout game that would captivate players and bring the excitement of the sport to life. 🔍 My role in the project involved spearheading the backend code scripting and contributing to the overall game concept. It was an exhilarating challenge, as it marked my first foray into game development and C# programming. Despite facing obstacles along the way, such as time constraints and learning curves, our team remained resilient, leveraging our collective skills and determination to overcome hurdles and deliver a polished gaming experience. 🎮 "Soccer Kick Showdown" features dynamic gameplay, intuitive controls, and engaging mechanics that keep players on the edge of their seats. I’m really starting to miss how simple Unity was after diving into Roblox Studio. In Unity, navigating the engine was super easy, moving and placing objects was a breeze, and coding in C# was straightforward. It was just a lot simpler in many ways. But if I hadn’t started with Roblox, I wouldn’t fully get how valuable Unity is. And who knows? Once I get more comfortable with Roblox Studio, it might feel just as easy as Unity does now. It’s all part of the learning curve. So, why am I into Roblox now? • It’s got a huge audience. • There are tons of ways to make money. • Monetization is simple with in-game purchases and premium features. • There’s a lot of resources available. • Plus, exploring Roblox Studio is actually pretty fun! #robloxdevelopment #gamedevelopment #robloxstudio
