Hi Google, Hi Neil Hoyne, thank you for sharing this post about Google's advancements in Gen AI. While it's exciting to see Google pushing boundaries in this space, I can't help but feel that the current focus might be #overshadowing its unmatched strengths in #network and #infrastructure. Google’s network capabilities and cost advantages over AWS and Azure have always been key differentiators. These are areas where Google leads without question, and they represent immense value for enterprises. However, by placing such significant emphasis on generative AI—especially while the services are still ironing out bugs—Google might risk diluting its positioning as a leader in infrastructure and data innovation. It’s worth asking: does this bold focus on generative AI truly align with #what #customers #expect #from #Google #right #now? A balanced strategy, emphasizing Google’s network and infrastructure superiority while gradually scaling generative AI, might be more effective in solidifying its leadership across multiple domains. Looking forward to hearing your perspective on this!

Don't you just mean tensorflow? It's just neural networks. Why does Google like to prentend like it's so inventive? Why don't you use files as inputs to neurons? Follow my channel so you one day can learn how to do it too! Joking. But since GOOGLE doesn't know how to do it, here's how: - large number multiplication & division (not just 64 bits lol, I buffer reads) - normalization by 2^n, i.e.: value between 0 & 2. There. Fixed "AI" for you.

Thanks Neil Hoyne! I attended the course and it was a very inspiring and practical learning experience on generative AI. If you have some coding background (Python) it is even more impactful! A big shout-out to the great hosts Paige Bailey and Anant Nawalgaria! 💯

A fantastic opportunity from Google! This course offers valuable insights into generative AI that can drive innovation in IT services. Excited to explore and apply these learnings!

“Last week, 150,000 people took Google’s live, intensive AI training course”. Sounds awesome ! But please 🙏 AI is not Gen AI.
