You're going to onboard the agents, the AIs, the digital workers. You're going to fine tune them, teach them your skills. They're going to be pre-trained like, you know, a Harvard grad, super smart. You evaluate them, course correct them, provide more data every single year. We give them access to information. Not every AI agent gets the same access to information inside the company. You say, hi, you know, you're in the finance department. Please don't sell. You're a salesperson. Please don't close my books. So everybody's got guardrails. And notice, as I described this, there's just going to be a parallel in every single company that's digital, that's AI based, and every product, there's a mechanical version and there's a parallel version, a digital twin. That's the future.

It’s a really tough question to answer—what is it about humans that can’t be augmented (especially since we’ll be doing a lot of AI augmenting)? Is it that, while humans can delegate tasks to their co-pilots (e.g., digital twins, AI workers), they can never delegate the responsibility, at least completely?

Interesting idea—let’s create an AI CEO modeled after successful leaders like Elon Musk, Zuckerberg, Bezos, or even Trump. We could fine-tune the AI, grant it access to vast information, and train it regularly. It would be equipped with data from AI agents and educated with principles from top business schools like Harvard. If we can’t trust AI as a CEO, how can we trust it as a worker? #aiceo #nvidia #chatgpt

AI Digital Workers for Enhancing productivity and Efficiency in 2025. In a recent discussion, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang elaborated on the integration of AI digital workers within organizations. He highlighted that we can optimize AI digital workers by fine-tuning their skills. These AI agents are pre-trained in specific domains, enabling them to perform tasks with exceptional proficiency. To ensure continuous improvement, we regularly evaluate their performance and provide additional data annually. Access to information is tailored to each AI agent’s role. For instance, an AI agent in the finance department is restricted from engaging in sales activities, while a sales-focused AI agent does not have the authority to close accounts. This role-based access ensures that each agent operates within defined parameters, maintaining operational integrity. This approach fosters a collaborative environment where digital and human workers function in parallel, enhancing overall productivity. This strategy aligns with the concept of digital twins, where every physical product has a corresponding digital counterpart, facilitating seamless integration between mechanical and digital systems.
