"Focusing on our strengths means we stop growing."
Sounds familiar? Many of us – and yes, especially us Germans – find it hard to speak openly and joyfully about our strengths.
That’s why it was so great that Pa M. K. Sinyan from Gallup showed us this week at our Wellbeing, Health & Safety Offsite how to recognize and embrace our strengths with passion.
It was amazing to see how quickly trust and genuine understanding formed within the team – and how we grew closer together. But don’t worry, we’re not resting on our laurels! The motto is: Get even better in what you do best! 💪
Focusing on our strengths gives us the energy we need to meet our ambitious goal:
We won’t stop until everyone in Deutsche Telekom feels energized at work.
I’m convinced: We can experience more energy, connection, joy, and ultimately success at work when we recognize and lead with our strengths. That’s how we unlock our individual inner power and achieve great things.
Let’s start with ourselves and regularly focus on what makes up our unique mix of strengths, talents and values – and how we can put them to good use!
