En bleu, droits pleins à 7% (avant oct 24 sans crédit d'impôt) En orange, les droits à 3.5%, situation de l'investisseur sans considérer le possible crédit supplémentaire de 20k€. En vert, situation d'achat d'une résidence principale pour un couple qui n'a jamais profité du crédit d'impôt.
