Right after I read TRACTION, I applied this one idea to an employee who was really creating problems. It became so obvious she didn't want to be a team player (she G'd it and C'd it . . . but didn't W it). We let her go. While we still had a long way to go on our EOS Worldwide journey back then, we took that first step and we improved. Since then, we have been improving quarter-by-quarter and just came off one of the best quarters in years having hit over 80% of our quarterly goals (aka ROCKs). TRACTION: Read it. Try it. Apply it.
