Under the terms of our agreement with the DTA, we will deploy our expertise in SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) to equip public sector professionals with the digital skills needed to deliver community-wide transformation. It's organised by Si Governance Hub and Si London Hub. I'll be hosting a themed session on a topic which is critical to me: #RelationalPublicServices - we know they can save 30-50% of budget and deliver better results. And we also know they exist only in small areas, for short times. How can we change governance to cope with the type of #complexity the bring? What would you put on the agenda? Where do you think government needs innovation? How do you think we could do it?

The 2nd #StateOfDigitalDecade Report builds on the JRC’s methodology to estimate the future evolution of key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the Digital Decade policy programme, declared in the national strategic roadmaps. The JRC new methodology aggregates national data, taking into account structural differences in population, households and business ecosystem between Member States. The JRC mapped how much investment from EU funding goes to projects that have a digital component, and could support the achievement of the Digital Decade targets. The report mappes which targets receive the largest funding, and how those funds are allocated following each Member States.
