🌟Always Be Grateful, Yet Strive for Progress🌟 In our journey through life, it’s essential to maintain a balance between gratitude for what we have and the drive to achieve more. Gratitude anchors us, reminding us of the progress we've made and the blessings we've received. It's a powerful reminder that contentment isn't found in accumulating more, but in appreciating what we already possess. Yet, this doesn't mean we should stop pushing forward. A progressive mindset allows us to see beyond our current circumstances, encouraging us to grow, learn, and evolve. The key is to channel that ambition without losing sight of the present. “Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” – Melody Beattie Let’s celebrate our achievements and be thankful for the opportunities we’ve had, while also setting new goals and striving for even greater heights. Remember, it's possible to be both content and ambitious—grateful for today, but always working towards a better tomorrow. #Gratitude #Progress #Mindset #Growth #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #Success #Motivation #Inspiration #CareerGrowth #SelfImprovement #Ambition #PositiveThinking #Balance #LifeGoals
Someone else is dreaming the life you have, stay grateful. Say Alhamdullillah!

This post got me thinking about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Maslow's hierarchy of needs offers valuable insight into employee motivation and satisfaction in the workplace. This psychological framework can help us understand why some employees feel demotivated, while others are content and motivated to excel. When an employee struggles with basic needs like food, shelter, and rest, their focus remains on survival. If an employee’s salary isn’t sufficient to cover these necessities, they have little energy left for career advancement. On the flip side, when their basic needs are met, employees can focus on higher-level goals, like improving their skills and achieving professional growth. And this is just looking at Maslow's hierarchy from the perspective of physiological needs—we haven't even considered the other levels yet.

People, who are always trying to take every opportunity from me, people who are making sure that my life is a tragedy whatever I do, people who are making me suffer like it’s a hell on earth, who are you? Why can’t you do the same for successful people like Lex. Lex, I am sorry, I like you very much. I don’t mean anything bad for you. I am just trying to show the people who only wants to make me suffer that there are successful and lucky people who could afford to take a little setback. I am sorry. But I am just trying my best to make them understand…. I am torn into pieces by these hungry people who want to hurt me again and again, to take from me. Why can’t they see other successful and happy people? Or are they out of reach to them? There are so many successful and happy people out there. They could actually afford to take a setback or two. And if you have taken the success or job from someone else, don’t hesitate to give your job to others. We need to build the processes to protect innocent people like me. When someone is fired for another’s selfish reasons, all morals break lose here. It discourages people to even try. And there would be absolutely nothing to take from. Lex, could please cover this in your next podcast about why people are not taking from you or other successful people? Please!! That would be a greatest question to ponder over.
Happy birthday America! To me, it is the greatest nation on Earth ❤ I'm forever grateful for this country, for this life, for all of you for giving a silly immigrant kid like me a chance. I love you all! ❤
