I didn't set out to it, but I applied for a new job in talabat that needed a Manager of Content and Design Operations. I don't know yet how things will go. Surprisingly, though, I am fine with it! I must mention that as a 4 years entrepreneur who has worked with multiple clients, agencies, teams, and companies and has written over a thousand pieces of #bilingual content, my response to questions like "Why do you want to join us?" or "What skills do you have for this role" is usually, "Hello, let us talk about it and see how can we achieve mutual benefits" 😃 Perhaps that is not the ideal response, but in my opinion, it is an open invitation to learn more about the position and the business, as well as to share with the hiring manager my complete experience skills, and responses to these questions. How do you answer these kind of questions?!
