Introduction to the structure and climbing methods of the hydraulic climbing system of the internal climbing tower crane The hydraulic climbing system of internal climbing tower crane can be divided into four categories. Their structure and climbing methods are introduced as follows: 1. Side-top hydraulic climbing system. The characteristic of this system is that the hydraulic climbing unit is installed close to the floor opening and on one side of the tower. The FO/23B and H3/36B tower cranes introduced in recent years all use this side when used as internal climbing tower cranes. Top hydraulic climbing system. The entire climbing system consists of climbing frame, hydraulic unit, hydraulic cylinder, pole beam and other components. The hydraulic unit is installed on the floor near the inner climbing tower. The climbing procedure using the side roof internal climbing system is as follows: (1) Remove the connecting pin between the tower base (tower foundation reinforcement joint) and the main anchor steel of the foot embedded in the reinforced concrete foundation to separate the tower structure from the concrete foundation, then erect the hydraulic cylinder and lift the shoulder pole The beam and lifting claws are in place; (2) Start the hydraulic pump to extend the piston rod and lift the tower body; (3) Continue to operate the hydraulic pump to complete a lifting stroke, flip the support pin, and slightly retract the piston rod to lower the tower body, so that the entire tower crane weight is supported by the climbing frame beam;
