Service calls are useless, technicians don’t visit in time and thier senior regional staff misbehaves with customers. Technician will force you to change the equipment at every service call which will cost you minimum of Rs.5000/- it’s just the cartels of technicians and their seniors to make quick money. Never get into trap of their tall promise. All are hands in gloves. Even their senior management don’t listen. Immediate action needs to be taken for cheating and fraudulent state of affairs of Kent RO system. They can hire celebrity for their third class product but can’t spend on service improvement.

I want to share this workorder note left by one of our amazing field technicians. I share this with you, because it is the result of 15 years of hard work. It represents everything that I believe in as a business owner/operator. This is how detailed our field technician notes are. Just read the report, and you’ll see why so many of todays largest real estate companies depend on us to execute the complexities of commercial plumbing. It also shows why my motto of “the diagnostics are more important than the surgery”, still exists today. Had this tenant agreed to do the work that the first contractor suggested, it would of been a very bad week for them. What we have in our trade are companies full of people who focus solely on trying to create unnecessary work. When you hire a true service company, that has seasoned service technicians, with attention to detail, this is the result. We probably saved a minimum of 10K on this one visit, simply by having the right people, and the experience it takes to manage commercial real estate. Forget about fancy marketing, this is the stuff that feeds my soul, and keeps me pushing the envelope every day for our clients. Great job by our technician Robbie, who was clearly the hero today. 🚀🔥👌

Do they come and see you, or just speak over the phone? You’re more likely to get an accurate quote if the technician comes to your premises and undertakes a visual inspection first. If they are reluctant to come and see you, and want to quote on the phone, you could get a nasty surprise when they turn up and decide the job’s going to cost more than they originally thought. This is called ‘bait and switch’. The way to protect yourself from these companies is to insist they come and see the job in person. Update: As of Oct 2024, I accepted a risky job with a large and well-known (in the tower/construction industry) company. I deemed it risky because the branch I would be reporting to at least weekly is 100 miles from my home. I agreed to such a feat because 1. I want to climb towers again and 2. it was also agreed I would be gone for an average of week trips. What I didn't know about the company is how terribly disorganized and inconsistent with communications they are. I also was not forewarned I would be subject to non-related filler work when tower work isn't available. So I spent the beginning of my new position doing menial labor install signs on the ground for a business. I was told there was plenty of that type of work while in the crew. I could not justify driving 100 miles one way to do menial labor work since I onboarded exclusively to be a tower technician, of which ai was re-certified via the company's training division. I felt I needed to make a quick executive decision before potentially wasting anymore gas money and time on the road, so I very reluctantly told the branch manager I would turn in my company gear. I am at a stage in life and career where I am very serious about what I set out to do. I am a professional and a technician in two fields- Auto mechanic and cell equipment structures and technology. I am furthermore fervent about responsible, reliable, and integrity in communication. No company is perfect, but there needs to be consistency with communication and organization. To confirm my new lack of trust with them, I found the worst google review number that I have ever seen with any large or small company. I have returned my gear and updated my newly acquired re-certifications...and ready to roll. capt Make it Happen

One of the most frequently asked questions is: "How long does a service appointment take?" Most homes require about 3 hours. When the service appointment is complete, our lead technician will check in with you to overview your completed list of service items. You will also receive a final report via email with a completed checklist of all service items completed, along with before and after photographs of select service items. If any additional issues with your property are discovered, our technician will overview them with you and cite them in the report if requested.
