🎤 What do patients think of your #OnlineConsultationSystem? Online reviews of may not come at the top of the radar, but they should do. Why? Because if patients don’t enjoy using a #GP practice’s online consultation system, they won’t use it – and the practice will continue to be overwhelmed by telephone calls. That’s why we’re delighted to share that Patchs' Trustpilot rating currently stands at 4.6: ‘Excellent’ – with a whopping 97% of patients submitting 5-star reviews in May. It’s testament not only to the #PatientExperience of Patchs, but also to how Patchs is empowering practice staff to achieve faster, safer, and more efficient triage. You can see some recent examples below – and read more about why patient reviews matter in our recent blog post: https://lnkd.in/ePhEeFzD #DigitalHealthcare #PatientAccess #Triage #PrimaryCare NHS England
