We're hosting two public consultation events to gather community feedback on proposed locations for the #BroadshoreHub's onshore substations. The Broadshore Hub will be located 47 km north of Fraserburgh, with a combined capacity of up to 1.1 GW (gigawatts) of renewable electricity. Power from the offshore wind farms will be transmitted onshore via underground cabling and connected to the National Electricity Transmission System at the new Netherton Hub (west of Peterhead).
