Culture has become an increasingly commercialized concept nowadays (Q1, Q2, Q3). This phenomenon is a double-edged sword. Q1: "The Esports Asian Champions League (ACL) will kick off next year, with tens of thousands of professional players set to compete across the continent in a six-month season each year, VSPO announced on Tuesday. The Tencent Holdings-backed company is the biggest esports operator in Asia." Q2: "The tournament could bolster China's efforts to gain a greater foothold in the global esports industry, something the country has sought as part of an effort to boost its soft power through cultural exports." Q3: "...the Esports World Cup (EWC), a two-month multi-game event held in Saudi Arabia this summer. VSPO said it is in discussions to make ACL a qualifier event for EWC 2025." https://lnkd.in/g2cwYt6g

Since 2021, I set myself the crazy dream of creating one of the biggest esports clubs in the world. 💣 Yes, it was pretty wild to think about that, especially sitting in my room without any knowledge of this collision of worlds that is esports. But I never gave up and worked relentlessly. I first created an association to get myself acquainted with and step into this sector, to understand its codes. Then, in 2022, I decided to launch a company and dive headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship. Meeting Lionel Chataignier in 2022 and bringing Lexip into the adventure were decisive turning points for Valiant. This fusion of skills and visions not only transformed the club into a more professional structure but also established Valiant as a key player on the esports scene. Lexip didn’t just bring resources they infused their expertise and ambition into the heart of our project. 🤝 This union between two passionate entities enabled Valiant to achieve unimaginable milestones. More than just a collaboration, Lexip became a natural extension of Valiant, where the lines between esports and technology gradually blurred. 🎮 This strategic partnership accelerated our progress and allowed us to reach heights that would have been difficult to imagine on our own. Two years later, LxP Valiant embodies this fusion of minds and strengths, becoming a major player in European and global esports. Our ever-growing record reflects this rise in power. -Valorant (Men): Competing in the national league, never missed a single playoffs, 2023 French Cup champion, 2nd in the regular season, and a semifinalist at the European championships. -Valorant (Women): Qualified for the Valorant Challengers Tour, the highest level in the scene, bringing together the top 10 European women’s teams. (They are currently competing for a spot in the World Championships.) -Fortnite: Two-time Top 3 at the Fortnite World Championships in 2023 in Copenhagen and 2024 in Dallas (an unmatched performance in the game’s history). -Rocket League: Top 19 at the Worlds in 2023 and Top 9 in the EU in 2024 in Düsseldorf. Today, LxP Valiant boasts one of the most impressive growth trajectories in the industry. This success is the result of a true fusion of skills, where Lexip and Valiant have become one in the pursuit of excellence. Together, we’ve redefined what a French esports club can achieve, creating a new dynamic and mindset on the international stage. So yes, we’re still far from matching the giants in our industry, but these past two years have taught me that dreams are meant to be achieved together. Who among you will be our next companion on this wild adventure? 😎 #Esport #Lexip #Valiant
