My wife: "Why are you taking that photo?" Me: "Because it's crazy how poorly multifamily does this." FACT: I can drive by a property that needs tens of millions of capital to just get out of the ground (let alone be successful) with ZERO onsite activation. Also FACT: I can drive by a small development site like this and see the fence blown out with activation. Who's doing what, project details, its forthcoming timing, etc. But this type of marketing is *cut* by marketing decision-makers? What is happening? Activating your property early and getting interested renters in your pipeline (early) moves the needle. We see it time and time and time again. If not for me, steal a page from Cyclone here and level up. 🌪️ Activate, nurture, and then increase your leasing velocity.
