Did you know? We don't just deliver Apprenticeship programmes, we also provide commercial training. 🌱 But what's the difference? 1️⃣ Commercial training can be completed in a shorter space of time, whereas an apprenticeship involves long-term learning. 2️⃣ Commercial training tends to be paid for by the employer, whereas an apprenticeship is government-funded. 3️⃣ Commercial training doesn’t necessarily come with a formal accreditation, whereas an Apprenticeship Standard is an Ofqual accredited qualification. Both require learners to complete assessments but in different forms. Swipe to discover the answers to our most frequently asked questions about our bespoke training programmes. Still have questions? Apprenticeship funding basics for SME’s, did you know that you are able to access between 95 and 100% funding for all English approved apprenticeship programs? Payments are made monthly via a Digital Apprenticeship account, and providing you are not a sole trader everyone can benefit from this highly cost-effective training. If you are paying into the CITB levy you can claim additional support for construction related programs. Additionally, in the Southern region there are a network of companies that are willing to support SME’s and pay the total cost of your new apprenticeship.

Quick question for my contacts within apprenticeship funding. I have a client who wants to access funding for management training and for us to deliver the training. It is possible for a training provider without an apprenticeship contact to work with a provider who could access the funding but we deliver the competency based training?

📢 Exicted to share this upcoming webinar for employers and traning orgs offering apprenticeship programs. You can add value by providing learners "college credit" recommendations for their apprenticeship experience. Learners can save both $ and time in degree completion. Employers save on tutition reibursment. It's a win-win. Let's shift the narrative from the idea that learners have to "choose" between a college degree and professional/technical training. Why not create connected pathways for both? How about a "yes, and" instead of an "either, or" approach? Join ACE's upcoming webinar : May 1, 2024 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. ET
