NEW JOB – Legal Assistant – Venture Capital/Private Equity Firm – Boston, MA (hybrid) We're looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Boston-based Legal Department! In this role, you'll support the KYC process, work closely with our internal legal operations team, collaborate with external legal advisors and outside counsel, and contribute to tracking, drafting, and filing securities documents. You'll have the opportunity to engage with teams across all business units, gaining a comprehensive view of our operations. We're seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in business or legal settings who are ready to make a meaningful impact.
