This one just made my day. Beautiful and heartwarming. 5 values I found in this short scene: (1) Compassion: The children showed compassion by sharing their food with the hungry child, even though they had limited resources themselves. (2) Empathy: They were able to understand the child's situation and feel empathy for his hunger. (3) Generosity: The children were generous in giving away part of their own food, demonstrating a willingness to help others. (3) Kindness: Their actions were kind and thoughtful, showing consideration for the well-being of their classmate. (3) Solidarity: The children united in their support for the hungry child, demonstrating a sense of community and shared responsibility. https://lnkd.in/dx6w2tXt

Living in a small place, the most important thing is people, people having respect and a ownership of where they are from. Community is everything and very quickly our children grow up and join this community so it’s important they hold good morals and beliefs. Keeping your communities close and outside noise from weird political party agendas is key. Protecting your children is everything so at Goose on the Loose we have created a blog for parents to use to speak and share with eachother. https://lnkd.in/e8kyXn93

2moI love it! When my kids were homeschooled, we had a tradition between homeschoolers for birthdays where the kids would choose something from their own room to give as a gift. It was incredible to watch them carefully select presents, thoughtfully considering what their friend would like, and being willing to give something meaningful to them. This wasn’t just a generous act; it also taught them several valuable lessons: 1. Thinking of Others – When a child chooses a gift like this, they have to think about their friend’s feelings and preferences, which builds empathy and a deeper understanding of others. 2. Valuing Possessions – They learn that belongings have value beyond their price. The act of choosing something personal to give helps them understand the true meaning of giving from the heart. 3. Letting Go and Gratitude – They learn to part with things and appreciate what they have. Knowing that their cherished item could bring joy to someone else teaches them lessons in humility and generosity. This simple but profound tradition instilled lessons that will stay with them for a lifetime.
