At genU, we’re committed to promoting and strengthening gender equality in the workplace and are proud to have met the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 reporting requirements for 2022-23, as confirmed by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Our organisation-wide gender pay gap stands at a positive -2.3%, and is consistent with other organisations in the WGEA comparison group.
