Learning styles aren't siloed. Strategically integrating different learning styles within a team fosters a culture of adaptability that promotes the cross-pollination of ideas and perspectives. Doing so will often influence how team members listen, communicate, and come to value those diverse viewpoints as opportunities for growth. #Strategy #Teambuilding #Collaboration #LearningStyles #Teams Graphic: Original/Integrated Learning Strategies | Redesign by agrassoblog.org

I love cats so here is one Cat-Learning 😸 "Sharing is like a cat’s curiosity—it opens new doors for everyone" A while back, I was working on a project and stumbled upon a tool that could automate a routine task (creating step-by-step on "how to do"). It was saving me a ton of time, so I casually mentioned it to a colleague during a team meeting. To my surprise, they shared that they had been manually completing the same task, spending HOURS AND DAYS on it. What took me just a few seconds to share ended up saving them countless hours of manual work. 😼 Learning: never underestimate the value of sharing knowledge, tools, or initiatives with your team. Whether it's a simple tip, a process improvement, or an innovative tool, being open and collaborative can lead to huge efficiencies! Plus, it strengthens the collective growth of the team and the organization 🤗 ps: don’t keep what you know to yourself – you never know whose problem you might be solving #collaboration #knowledgesharing #teamwork #efficiency #automation #leadership #workSmarter

When I first introduced skills sharing among team members as a way to complement our regular meetings, I had no idea it would become such a powerful tool for collaboration and growth. Here's the magic: team members lead facilitated sessions, sharing their expertise with colleagues. Other than fostering deep learning across the team, it also hones everyone's presentation and training skills. The impact has been phenomenal! Now that program has a new leader - vivian osano and the improvements she has made cannot be overstated: Presentations are sharper, delivery is more engaging, and the entire program has reached new heights under her guidance. After todays session on Self Care by our in-house counsellor - Diana Atieno It's become clear that this approach to skills sharing is a model I can confidently recommend to any company or organization. Here's the takeaway: EVERYONE has something valuable they can teach others, and EVERYONE has something they can learn from others. If you are feeling inspired, try it! Suggest a skills sharing program at your workplace! And if you need help getting started, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to share some insights. Let's unlock the potential within our teams and create a culture of continuous learning! #skillshare #collaboration #teamwork #professionaldevelopment
