Our 1st annual Marcella Member-Guest tournament was 🔥 a huge success! A big thank you to @blackdesertresort for hosting us the day after the PGA Tour concluded the inaugural 2024 @blackdesertchampionship . Without the support from the The Racing Foundation many organisations like ours simply would not be able to survive. We are extremely grateful that we are able deliver the work we do with the backing of such a key organisation that actually understands our needs, aspirations and struggles better than most allowing us to deliver our work in confidence. It’s no secret that in terms of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion the Horse Racing Industry is miles ahead of other equestrian disciplines, one can only hope that these other equestrian disciplines such as British Equestrian learn and take note of what is needed to help make the changes needed to make improvements for all communities to benefit from equestrian experiences. #equestrian #equality #diversity #inclusion #representation #racing #communities #culture #charity #wellbeing #support
