We are thrilled to welcome Kevin Redwine to the BondiBoost team as our new Sr. Manager of Demand Planning. Kevin attended Texas Tech University where he studied Agricultural Economics for his undergrad, and a focus on optimization for his grad program. The work he did in graduate school helped him understand what type of work he enjoys doing. The role most relevant to his new role at Bondi would be when he was a Demand Planning Manager at Mary Kay. All the roles he’s been in have always been around forecasting and adjusting a forecast to best represent current and future trends. He enjoys using data to make decisions and tell a story that creates the best possible outcome for the company. He enjoys seeing change and putting actions in place. Evaluating results and adjusting is part of work and life. He has always preferred making an action over sitting and waiting. Kevin is most excited to be at BondiBoost because of the people and the work he will be able to accomplish here.
