Agree entirely with all of Cathy’s comments about #SMAGIC; there is momentum and a desire to evolve the industry. As the host of a panel discussion focused on "demystifying maritime investment" with a selection of investment fund managers, I can confirm it takes a brave person to pin down potential clients with tricky insightful questions … so I settled for the easy lobs. Nevertheless, some good insights on what investors are looking for in marine and logistics technology and how they invest. Addressable market and realistic penetration rates important, as is team. Amazingly, none of them admitted to any failed investments in the space!
