One code base - dual platforms (iOS & Android) - one App running on many platforms is a future here and NOW. So many things didn’t exist in 2006… & SwiftUI -> Skip -> Android App was one of them. I’m using the awesome trans-compiler of Skip.tools to build an App on iOS using SwiftUI code and concurrently building an Android (Kotlin) App. I can show you how and give you a few tips to jump in and get started. Ready? Hello World is a great concept - it is just that it is limited to ONE World! It’s time we expanded our cosmology. In the 21st century we programmers have to deal with the many worlds of a Galaxy. It is way past time to upgrade Hello World. Introducing Hello Galaxy - a dual platform stepping stone to the Galaxy of many possible worlds.
🎉 *So excited to be part of the UACon Future of Product Development Summit!* I’ll be breaking down Skip's Transpiler for Android Apps from Swift code and sharing how we can all innovate more effectively. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind event—sign up now!

🎬 Demo Time! Check Out My Movie Ticket Booking App in Action! 🎥 Excited to share a demo video of the app I created for the recent hackathon challenge! Despite a few technical hiccups (looking at you, laptop! 🥲), I'm thrilled to finally showcase the working process of my Movie Ticket Booking App! 📱 In this video, you’ll see the app’s core features in action: Movie Selection – Browse through categories and genres for easy access. 🎞️ Seat Selection – Choose your preferred seats for the best movie experience. 🎟️ Payment Integration – A smooth and secure checkout process. 💳 Using Android Studio, I built this app from scratch with XML for the interface and Java for functionality. This project was a true learning journey, and even though I couldn’t present it live during the hackathon, I’m proud of what I accomplished. Big thanks to Devika ma’am and Reddy sir for their guidance and support throughout the training. Their mentorship was invaluable in bringing this project to life! Let me know your thoughts on the demo and feel free to share any feedback or advice for future projects! Looking forward to growing more in this field and tackling more ambitious projects ahead! 🚀 #AndroidDevelopment #HackathonChallenge #AppDemo #AndroidStudio #XML #Java #MovieTicketBookingApp #LearningJourney #CodingLife #AdhocCompany #Grateful #TechJourney #NeverGiveUp

Our Tech & Platform team recently held a hackathon, and it was nothing short of a success. With dozens of brilliant minds working on around 15 different projects across Android, iOS, Web, and Backend, our goal was simple: hack together something cool and game-changing. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We constantly ask ourselves, "how can we be more effective?" and "what can we create that’s truly new to tackle people’s unmet needs?" Hackathons have often been the birthplace of groundbreaking products, while also uniting teams in their shared passion for creativity and problem-solving. The energy was noticeable, with some of our Android team members working late into the night—taking a small break to enjoy the beauty of the northern lights, yet another blessing of being in these latitudes! A huge thank you to everyone involved for making this hackathon a success! We can’t wait to see where these innovations take us next 💙 #CodeToSaveLives #DigitalHealth #Innovation #Hackathon
