Book my show pathetic service and not to be trusted show in Gurgaon got cancelled the show of Gaurav gupta today at 8pm ,we booked tickets around 3 pm,according to organisers at the centre it was called off at 1pm and book my show were informed at 1pm still booking was openon book my show till 5pm,to our shock when we reached the place at 7-30 pm after driving for 2 hourswe were told it was cancelled,utter nonsense .wasted our time ,money,petrol.Show never took place it got cancelled ,we wasted 2 hours travelling,wasted time and petrol and energy ,no update from book my show ,utter nonsense service ,what do you charge for ,wasted our entire evening travelling for nothing,got an email at 8-04 pm for a show which was supposed to start at 8pm image attached ,utter nonsense want an apology and a refund at the earliest and an unconditional apology for wasting our time and petrol and wasting our evening

Hi i like to have an apology from your owner. In his recent interview while addressing the CSR policy he said Indians are CheapSkate. Someone who's entire life revolves around Indians didn't have the authority to say something like this I'll take this matter very seriously and i want a apology on this because you guys are doing CSR out of Donations from us and not spending any penny of your own profit. You guys are Cheap as hell. I want response on this ASAP. Dont take this lightly.

I tried booking tickets twice on BookMyShow, and on both attempts, the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and I haven’t received any confirmation or tickets. Worst ever customer support. No customer support number or no email to contact customer support
