Lunchtime lessons… Just like it’s not the 1 question out of 100 that caused you to fail a test, it’s not the 1 meal each month that is ruining your progress 🤷♀️ It’s the other meals masquerading under the names of “refeed” or “cheat meal”… It’s the bites, licks, and tastes you’re grabbing off plates at home or at work… It’s the “special occasions” that just so happen to come up every week (note: taco Tuesday is not a special occasion 😂)… All of those other things are much bigger contributors to not reaching your goals than 1 meal 😬 Start looking at those late night snack grabs off plan, the treats at work even though you “only had one”, the meals out that aren’t accounted for or are estimating poorly… That is where you can affect the biggest change where progress is concerned 👍👌 First In Nutrition #thisisfirstin #thedaysoffaddup
