Window cleaning services specialize in cleaning windows to ensure they are free from streaks, smudges, and dirt, both inside and outside of buildings. Here's an overview of what window cleaning services typically include: 1. Interior Window Cleaning: This involves cleaning the inside surfaces of windows, including glass, frames, and sills. It often includes using a squeegee, window cleaner solution, and microfiber cloths to achieve streak-free results. 2. Exterior Window Cleaning: Exterior window cleaning focuses on cleaning the outside surfaces of windows, which can be more challenging due to access issues and the presence of dirt, grime, and environmental debris. 3. High-Rise Window Cleaning: For tall buildings, specialized equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, or even aerial lifts may be required to access and clean windows at heights. High-rise window cleaning services ensure the exterior windows of skyscrapers and tall structures are properly cleaned and maintained. 4. Hard-to-Reach Windows: Some windows may be located in difficult-to-access areas, such as above conservatories, in atriums, or overhanging roofs. Window cleaning services may utilize specialized tools and equipment to reach and clean these areas safely and effectively. 5. Screen Cleaning: Window cleaning services may also include cleaning window screens to remove dust, pollen, and other debris that can accumulate over time. 6. Frame and Sill Cleaning: In addition to cleaning the glass, window cleaning services often include cleaning the window frames and sills to remove dirt, cobwebs, and other buildup. 7. Regular Maintenance: Many window cleaning services offer regular maintenance plans to keep windows clean and well-maintained year-round. This can include scheduling regular cleanings on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. 8. Safety Measures: Safety is a priority in window cleaning, especially for high-rise and difficult-to-reach windows. Professional window cleaners are trained in safety procedures and may use safety harnesses, ropes, and other equipment to prevent accidents. https://lnkd.in/eKZz9yD8 #activecorporatecleaningservices

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 1.Examine the Joists and Beams Verify that joist hangers are secure and free from rust or corrosion and look for signs of rot, cracks, or warping in the joists and beams. 2. Check for Loose or Damaged Boards Check for rot, splinters, or cracks and ensure all nails and screws are secure and not protruding. 3. Inspect the Railings and Stairs Give the railings a firm shake to test their stability. Check for loose or damaged sections. Inspect the stair treads and risers for any signs of wear, rot, or instability and ensure they are securely attached to the deck. 5. Assess the Overall Condition Ensure the deck has proper drainage to avoid water pooling, which can lead to wood rot or mildew. Check if the deck’s surface needs cleaning, sealing, or staining to protect it from the elements. 6. Look for Signs of Pests Inspect for signs of pest activity, such as hollow-sounding wood, sawdust, or small holes. 7. Test the Lighting and Electrical Components Ensure all lighting fixtures are working correctly and are securely mounted. Check that outdoor electrical outlets are functional and weatherproofed. 8. Evaluate the Deck’s Load-Bearing Capacity If the deck regularly supports heavy loads (like spas or large gatherings), consider having a professional assess its load-bearing capacity. Regular deck safety checks can prevent accidents and prolong the life of the deck. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

Look, I get it – there’s something satisfying about tackling home projects yourself. I’m no stranger to DIY jobs either I’ve built furniture, fixed things around the house, you name it! But when it comes to roofing, there’s a FINE LINE between a weekend project and something that can affect your home for years to come. Roofing isn't just about nailing shingles to a roof... There’s technique, safety, and long-term durability to think about. A professional roofer does this day in and day out, knows the common pitfalls, and is trained to handle the unexpected. It's a lot more complicated than it looks on those DIY instructions. So, if you're thinking about tackling your roof yourself, think twice It might seem like a way to save some money, but it could end up COSTING YOU MORE in the long run. Trust me, it's worth it to hire a pro. Your roofing guy, Melvyn #roofing #construction #propertymanagement #desmoines #multifamily #roofinglife #constructionlife

If you have a manhole within your building, often as a result of building an extension, it may be one carrying foul (sewer) water. If the seal goes this will result in unpleasant smells being released into your home or office. There are many reasons why the smell may start including the cover not being replaced correctly after lifting, the seal that stops the smell becoming damaged or simple rotted, or sealing grease drying up and becoming ineffective. So there may be a few things to try before committing to a full replacement of the cover and frame. For example, if the cover has been lifted recently, ensure the cover was replaced the right way round, any sealing rubber is undamaged and still in place (this may be in a special groove within the cover or the frame and should be continuous without a break), and any bolts or screws must be refitted and tightened. If the cover or frame itself is cracked or damaged it will almost certainly need replacing. If it is not damaged but you suspect the seal has become ineffectual, you can purchase replacement rubber seal, replacement bolts or screws, or renew the grease barrier. The best rubber seal to use is Neoprene or EPDN and the best grease to use is a Non Setting waterproof grease. Rubber seal, bolts/screws and manhole sealing grease are all available from your manhole cover supplier.

🔹🔹 CLADDING WALL SPRAYING IN BRISTOL 🔹🔹 We were contacted by the customer to repair and respray the cladding walls in their Bristol property to enhance their appearance and durability. As well as improving the visual appearance of a building, regular maintenance prevents smaller issues from becoming larger, more expensive problems to repair. All projects receive a thorough onsite inspection. In addition to allowing us to examine the condition of the cladding to be resprayed, it also allows us to look for obstructions which might affect our ability to safely carry out the works. Once onsite our operatives clean the cladding panels with a high pressure jet, which blasts of years of grime and loose, flaky paint. Damaged areas of cladding are repaired and sanded, and the entire area primed ready for respraying. Once the primer is dry, the panels are sprayed with an airless sprayer, giving an even coverage free of streaks and or runs. The sprayed surface is checked for quality and signed over to the customer. #contractors #refurbished #paint #cladding #guarantee #refurb #goodasnew #buildingrepair #paintguarantee #paintspraying #cladding #claddingrespray #giromax #MetalSheetRefurbishment #healthandsafety #ppe #workplacesafety #hse #cjpaintspraying #rebranding #refurbishment #specialists #claddingrepair #claddingpainting #beforeandafter
