I recently got corrected for using "VISION," "MISSION," and "GOAL" like they were the same thing, but turns out they're not! . . VISION = the BIG picture  – It's "WHAT" you want to achieve in the long run.  – It's the "WHY" behind what you do. . . MISSION = the PURPOSE  – It's "WHAT" you do every day to move towards that vision. – It's the "HOW" you'll achieve your vision. . . GOALS = specific TARGETS  – "WHAT" do you want to accomplish in the short term?  – "WHAT" you need to do to move closer to your mission and ultimately achieve your vision. . . Think of it like a road trip: → Your vision is the destination → Your mission is the route you take → Your goals are the pit stops along the way Now, here's the million-dollar question: Are you driving in the right direction? Having a clear vision, mission, and goals is just the starting point. The real magic happens when they're aligned with your values and priorities.

Having consistent effort and progress, no matter how challenging it may be, will pave the way for incredible achievement and success. Achieving goals is all about envisioning and taking action toward the steps we need to take. The more we stay consistent, the easier it will be to get closer to our goals
