OUR CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES ARE DEEPLY WOWEN INTO OUR SOULS... Growing up on a semi-rural area farm left indelible marks on my existence. The early mornings greeted by the gentle touch of the sun, tending to the animals, milking the goats, and sharing moments with neighbors who tended dairy cows - these were the rhythms of my youth. After school, it was back to the land, plowing, sowing, nurturing the garden, and caring for the animals, a cycle repeated day in and day out. Despite the toil, our playground was the fields and meadows, where the trees offered shelter and shade. We never grumbled about the work, for we knew that our land provided our sustenance. I can still recall the dawn trips to the market with my mother, selling our homegrown produce and flowers, surrounded by the enticing aromas of freshly baked goods and ripened fruit, mingling with the chatter of passersby. It was hard work, but it taught me invaluable lessons - the fruits of labor, the circle of life, the beauty of farming. I learned that dreams require goals, that determination is key, and that gratitude for life's blessings is paramount, to learn to appreciate everything that is given to us. This was not just my life; it was a way of life for many families. A connection to the earth, a symbiosis of respect and harmony among farming communities. But as time passed, the world I knew began to change. While farming still exists, it is fading in the shadow of industrialization. We are losing sight of the vital role agriculture plays in our lives, with many unaware of the origins of their food or the labor that brings it to their tables. Slowly, we starve ourselves of the nutrients provided by the land. It is time to awaken to the importance of supporting agriculture and farming. To embrace the local farmers who toil tirelessly to feed us. To teach our children, the importance of farming, have them involved in agriculture anyway possible so they have a basic understanding about growing their own food, and gain appreciation for what they eat. For without farms, there can be no food. Let us not forget this, and strive to preserve the legacy of the land for generations to come. Once upon a time in the grand jungle of democracy, where taxpayers roam with hopeful exuberance, a parrot—exotically colorful and undeniably linked to some high-branch families—caught a break only the rarest of creatures would ever see. Imagine a monkey king, wielding a golden pardon banana, using it as a tool to heal the familial branches. Little did the innocent forest critters know that this gesture, albeit noble in appearance, left the rest of the jungle feeling forgotten under the shadows of these towering trees. - The animals gather around their watering holes—also known as social media hubs—where whispery winds carry tales of the double standard forest. - Gary the zebra, who prides himself on spots—er, stripes—of fairness, shakes his mane in disbelief saying, Sad day when fruit is distributed by who you know, not what you've done. - Those front-row seats in nature’s grand theatre, held by Shapley and Joe, have them chanting, Auditioning for the role of justice isn't the same when some actors get the script ahead of time. Beneath this leafy loquacity lies an adventurous question, daring us to explore: What's the next chapter in this jungle book? Will Sir Lion learn the tales of humility? In the crystal waters of speculations, realistic ripples merge with optimistic currents, suggesting possibilities of revolutionized prismatic policies, shimmering just beneath the surface. Is there a hidden lesson among the whispering leaves and restless branches? A clarion call, perhaps, for a collective conscious reevaluation of what true justice should represent? And yet, standing among thorny bushes, there’s an emerging movement urging progress, where those branched in power could realize that privilege isn't a lasting reign but rather a momentary mirage in a mirthful-green plain. - A reflective pause, offering hope veiled in cynicism: Who tends after the equitable ecosystem? By planting seeds of conversation, demanding balance in this grand foliage saga, perhaps there's a chance to bridge gaps before anyone’s perched too high on their favorite branch. Is the tale merely preparing us for idyllic future blueprints where every creature shares their nectar and milkleaf with more parity? Only time, that ever-elusive animal, knows. What do you think—will the parrot fly on with its trophy present or sing a song of lessons learned? Once the vibrant chatter quiets, we might just find that this anecdote is but a shadow of our ambition to redefine sky-high possibilities. Let’s not part ways, creatures of courage, until jubilation sprouts from our grievances with seamless grace! https://lnkd.in/emdgfXDV #HunterBiden #PresidentialPardon #DoubleStandards #WildlyHumorous #JungleJustice #TaxpayersUnfolding #YesZooCan

An important consideration in the drive to reafforest our land is to first and formost understand tree diseases, how and why they spread. Perhaps the most important consideration of all is to always specify native home grown progeny. The negative implications of not applying strict protocols may not only have a nullify effect on the drive to create new native woodland, but may, even more so, impact commercial plantations, even of non native species. Obsession with monoculture sika in Ireland, perhaps leaves use catastrophically vulnerable.

Brown Top millet is a fast growing warm season annual millet that can be harvested in under 2 months to produce heavy yields in optimal weather. With it being a shorter season maturity plant it can also reseed itself in around 60 days. That being said, Brown Top millet works great in a mix as well, filling in gaps where animals have grazed by dropping its seeds. It can be used as hay as well as in grazing situations. https://zurl.co/1iUW

Keep spreading the stories Carbon Cowboys, Understanding Ag, LLC - Experts in Regenerative Ag, Peter Byck Savory Institute Groundswell Agriculture! Soil Health IS Public Health! #soilhealth #soil #Regenerative #regenerativeagriculture #plants #bettertomorrow #futurefarming
I have heard about Groundswell for years, and was thrilled to finally get my feet on the Cherry Family’s farm in Hertfordshire. As the opening act of the morning, I showed some Roots So Deep clips and talked science results - and really enjoyed the extended Q&A with the 350 or so early morning attendees. I got to hang out with the Wildfarmed crew and the Yeo Valley Organic team – and basically eat my way across the festival. I hope this becomes an annual pilgrimage. When I founded Harvest, I had a clear vision: to support Jewish men who are often juggling many responsibilities, sometimes to the point of feeling overwhelmed. My dream was to build a program that would bring clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of purpose to men in our community, helping them gain crisp clarity on their long-term goals and the practical, achievable steps needed to get there. I envisioned a program that wouldn’t just focus on the "what" but would also teach the mindset needed for true progress—a lifestyle of positive psychology that fuels a driven and motivated outlook. The Harvest Annual Program is built around three key elements: clarity, mindset based on positive psychology, and accountability. Together, they form a comprehensive framework for growth. Through our community platform, we’ve built an accountability network that brings together like-minded individuals who support and push each other forward, creating a genuine 'accountability community'. To bring this vision to life, I sought the guidance of some of the most brilliant minds in coaching and Torah. One of my dreams was to partner with world-class coaches who would not only teach but also inspire. This dream became reality with our first A1 program led by the renowned Rabbi Dr. Yosef Lynn, whose wisdom and expertise have truly elevated our mission. The journey of building Harvest has been humbling and deeply rewarding, and I’m incredibly grateful to the Creator for the blessing of this opportunity. #harvestOS #clarity #mindset #accountability https://lnkd.in/en5dcZDB
