We're very open to welcome and accept employee's suggestion. We do incorporate it in our work as long as it conforms to our company policies and guidelines. In many cases, we need to make some tweaks before implementation. This is also done by engaging the employee in the process. This tendency has helped us create an open culture where everyone feels comfortable at workplace and heard off. #crushitdigital #digitalmarketing #companyculture
