Me, I like to trust the experts. When I’m sick with more than just a cold, I seek out my doctor. 👩⚕️  Though I have good oral hygiene, I see my dentist twice a year and his hygienist gives me a thorough once over. 😁 My car needs regular service – I take it to a mechanic. 🚗 While I know a fair amount about personal finance, my money is professionally managed by trusted experts. 💴 And even though I’m a lawyer, I had my will written by a trusts and estates specialist. All this makes sense, right? 🤔  Well, the same logic applies to a home. 🏠 Sure, I can change my HVAC filters, vacuum out my dryer vent, and do basic maintenance. But I’m not expert. And my house is not just a really valuable asset – it’s where my family and I spend most of our time living and breathing.
