Earlier this week our friends from CITY CHURCH BOSTON dropped off 100 "Welcome Back"-packs stocked with essential items such as clothing, toiletry items, and pre-loaded Charlie Cards for our community! We joined Pastor David W Hill and his team at Brighton Music Hall a couple weeks ago to assemble the backpacks, and we're grateful to have partners like City Church to collaborate in supporting Boston's returning citizens 🤝

Building Better Communities—what does that mean, exactly? To me, it is seeing this: our employee-owners came together to select the organizations we wanted to support, and our clients and friends helped determine how our support would be distributed. The best part is that these three organizations now have more resources to serve their communities.
During our annual Season of Sharing celebration, we supported three community organizations—Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity, and The Humane Society of the United States. Based on votes from our clients, partners, and friends, we gave $17,200 to the Wounded Warrior Project, $13,200 to Habitat for Humanity, and $9,600 to the Humane Society. Wishing you a happy holiday season and a joyful new year!

One of the things elderly people struggle with is loneliness and lack of social engagement. Sometimes, it can be difficult for them to leave their home due to illness, inability to drive, and lack of transportation options. Programs like these can be a wonderful way to invest in the lives of our senior citizens. #NCIwisconsin #Neuropsychology #Kenosha #seniorcitizens
Can you help? We consistently find word of mouth is the most effective way to spread the word about our program. We currently have 7 seniors in our community who are waiting for a weekly visit from a new friend. Please consider volunteering-we only ask for one hour per week of you time! If you cannot volunteer at this time, please help us out by telling your family, friends, co-workers, church family, and all in your circle about us-we would truly appreciate it. Thank you! https://lnkd.in/gh_Wak2N
