If you have money to invest in building your SaaS, but you’re not sure in what domain it should be in: Marketing is always a safe bet. There are approximately 30,000 SaaS companies worldwide. Almost 15,000 of those are in the marketing sector. That’s almost exactly 50%. A large market pool. In order to avoid fierce competition start thinking in terms of a micro-SaaS. Solve 1 small problem extremely well. Example: -Chrome extension for a quick email/message response crafting If you market it well it can become the next $1M ARR business. It’s much easier to scale to something larger from there. #saas #marketing #microsaas

Is Your SaaS Landing Page Holding You Back? Here’s How to Fix It. In SaaS, your landing page is more than just a digital front door—it’s your best salesperson. Yet so many founders get it wrong Here’s why: *80% of visitors only read your headline. *You have just 8 seconds to grab attention. *A cluttered or unclear page can lower conversions by 72%! So, how can you ensure your landing page isn’t leaking leads? Start with these five proven strategies: 1. Sell the Outcome, Not the Features: Focus on how your product changes lives or solves problems. 2. Simplify for Speed and Clarity: Make your page easy to navigate, with one clear CTA. 3. Speak to Their Pains and Aspirations: Use their language to show you get it. 4. Craft Headlines That Hook: Grab attention with urgency, curiosity, or bold claims. 5. Show, Don’t Just Tell: Use case studies, visuals, and testimonials to prove your value. Case in Point: Ahrefs doubled their conversions by spotlighting user pain points, simplifying their CTA, and letting real-world results speak for themselves. There's a lot of talk about conversion rates in the SaaS world, and let's be honest, the struggle is real when it comes to turning free trial users into paying customers. If you’re feeling stuck in that cycle, this article may just have the insights you need. One standout piece of advice is that you’ve got to show your face – and not just your software. Delivering personal demo walkthroughs can drastically improve engagement. Remember, it’s about solving pain points, not just showing shiny features. Also, don’t put trial users on the back burner. Keep them engaged even after their trial ends. A simple survey can reveal a lot about what needs tweaking in your product, and provides an opportunity to re-open discussions. Ultimately, if your SaaS solution really solves users' problems and does it swiftly, you’ll likely see your conversion rates start to rise with some strategic adjustments. Have you had a win (or a disaster) in converting users? Drop your stories and let’s see what we can learn from each other. Cheers. https://lnkd.in/eEJGsW4n

Trying to be everywhere is hurting your SaaS growth. Here’s why less is more when it comes to your marketing channels: Many early-stage SaaS companies believe they need to market on every platform to succeed. But spreading your resources too thin often leads to poor results across the board. Instead of trying to dominate every channel, focus on one or two that truly matter. Start by understanding your Ideal Customer Profile. Where do they spend time? Which platforms influence their decisions? Once you’ve identified the right channels, double down. Test different messaging, refine your approach, and analyze what resonates most. Consistency and iteration will help you build traction and deliver better results. When you’ve mastered those channels and see measurable ROI, you can explore additional platforms. But until then, don’t dilute your efforts. SaaS success doesn’t come from being everywhere, it comes from being effective in the right places. Focus your energy where your audience is and scale strategically. What’s the most effective channel for your SaaS right now? How did you choose it? Let’s discuss in the comments!
