I have built a dog breed classification app. (Tensorflow). Takes in a picture of the doggo, based on the fur, size, tail, ears, [ insert here like 1.000.000 ] layer 0 neurons. Like 25 hidden layers. Output layer ? 1. And 1 only: A good boy! And then I come cross the optimizers! Bastards! SDG, Adam, RMSprop, Adagard, Adadelta, even FTRL! All of them: Epoch 0: accuracy: 0.3 Epoch 1: 1.0 (It’s a good boy) Trust me fellas, don’t train you models above Epoch 1 when it comes to doggos, it’s always going to be: it’s a good boy!

I have successfully completed building my own version of the Swiggy app named Munch Mob! 🚀 Check it out at https://lnkd.in/gQXmUc9K (now responsive). I incorporated Google Geocoding API and Places API to enable location selection and auto-suggestion features. Navigating the new Swiggy menu APIs was quite challenging, but the most valuable lesson for me was deploying the app on a virtual machine using Nginx. I resolved the CORS issue by creating my backend interface and added SSL after purchasing a domain name. Implementing a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions was a game-changer, eliminating manual file uploads to the server. I'm now looking to add a feature for infinite loading, similar to how Swiggy's website constantly refreshes with new restaurant options as users scroll.
