Our study explores the mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of stainless steel-carbon fiber hybrids embedded in epoxy resin. By identifying and analyzing three primary failure mechanisms, we provide valuable insights that can enhance the design and application of these materials, especially in areas requiring improved structural integrity and impact resistance.
