Masterpiece.
The GPHG "Aguilar d'Or"-winning Récital 22 Grand Recital was born in the heart and mind of BOVET owner Pascal Raffy. His goal was to design a timepiece that offers the indications desired by collectors in a unique way that is easy to read, easy to understand at a glance, and easy to use.

DISCARDING THE IRRELEVANT
Identity negotiation and debate in social contexts is usually a process that revolves and unfolds around the exploration of what one is like, what one identifies with, and what is relevant to one. Notwithstanding, being profoundly a question of meaning, identity is also defined by what one is not like, what one does not identify with, and what is irrelevant to one. Discarding the irrelevant is a necessary step to maintain clarity and safeguard the energy of the system, by discharging unnecessary activity and minimising defence needs.
With the intent to further delve into this recurrent mechanism of the meaning-making and identity management process, we will be participating in the Art On Loop - Paris exhibition, organised by the Holy Art Gallery, on 6-10 November 2024.

Career Counselor/ Performance Coach/ Life Coach with 30 years of experience. Awarded #Mostprominentmentalhealthpractitioner by World Mental Health Congress.
Every person is unique and so is every child too.
Each with their own set of unique strengths skills , personality type etc aling with our own uniqueness.
As Einstein said If you judge the fish by tge ability to climb a tree ...it would forever live thinking it's useless ...instead if it focussed on its unique ability to swim ...things would be different.
For past 30 years I have been mentoring students and professionals for their performance Enhancement and choosing the right career as a Career Counselor .
This choice should be based on several factors including strengths , skills, etc and marks and intrest are just one of the criteria to choose ...and NOT ...The criteria ....
In tge coming times of super specialisation these kids will be expected to be experts in their fields , whatever it may be ...and how can you be an expert ....it's by practicing it again and again , learning , applying etc .....
But I will do a particular thing repeatedlonly if I enjoy doing this and I am good at it ...
And that's where our strengths come to play ..
But at the same time when you have realised your strengths , uniqueness either by yourself or with the help and guidance of some experts ...there will also be nay sayers ...and peers who will not like you leaving the tribe and becoming someone original and not ready to follow others ....
Believing in self , and pursuing what you live doing requires lots of resilience , empathy , compassion and also commitment, focus and dedication...
And that's what sets Foundation for Future Leaders and Masters who transform their passion ...to profession ...
And we are just being a catalyst transforming lives of these diamonds ready to shine ...they just need that polishing and fine tuning with discipline and right strategies which we are ready to offer at #Markswalla.
This video of some elephants shows that this is Universal and this needs to be addressed .These geniuses are there we need to identify , acknowledge, accept , polish and equip them with right resources so they can shine bright .

I know this feeling.
I know what is like to be ostracised.
Sometimes workplaces don't understand neurodiverse employees. Too often they are placed in the " we don't know what to do with this employee." Then when the employee withdraws they are viewed as being lazy or not productive enough.
A one sized fits all model doesn't work. it leads to self doubt and self criticism.
Some employees are more effective working alone or working on task specific projects or work. Whilst I am all for building a solid team and team base. Allowing employees to find their own work style is equally important.
As part of our ongoing Meet the Artists series, we're thrilled to introduce Wilfred Ukpong!
Dr. Ukpong is a French-Nigerian interdisciplinary artist and researcher whose distinctive socially engaged practice utilizes several interwoven mediums, including photography, film, sculpture, performance, architecture, and creative workshops to tackle pertinent social issues with community participation and intervention.
Since 2020, Dr. Ukpong's art films and photographic installations have been exhibited at Alliance Française de Lagos / Mike Adenuga Centre, FotoFest, Institut français du Nigeria, Museum of Ethnology, Hamburg, Pipe Factory Glasgow, Royal Society Of Arts, London, Welt Museum Vienna, and others. His long-term project Blazing Century 1 received a special grant from the Prince Claus Fund (2010); his film Future World (2017) won the Golden City Gates Excellence Award at ITB Berlin (2018), and was presented at the Nigerian Senate to encourage environmental change in the Niger Delta. His first UK solo exhibition is currently open at Autograph-ADP, London.
The captivating work included in the upcoming aShareX, Inc. and Inversion Art auction, BC1-ND-FC: Are my Dreams Too Bold for the Carbon Skin I Bear #1, is one part of the photographic series BC1: NIGER-DELTA/FUTURE-COSMOS, itself just one element in Dr. Ukpong's Afrofuturist epic Blazing Century 1, a multi-part film and video project in which the artist interweaves indigenous ceremonies and rituals with invented cosmologies and fictional narratives to create an allegory of the contemporary social and environmental challenges facing the Niger Delta.

31:11) Such is Allah's creation. Show me, then, what any others, apart from Allah, have created. *Nay, the fact is that the wrong-doers are in manifest error. **
*These others" 'the beings whom you havc set up as your deities, whom you regard as makers and un-makers of your destinies, whom you have been worshipping as such persistently"
**That is, "When they do not point out in this universe any creation of anyone else than Allah, and obviously they cannot, their setting up the noncreators as associates in Godhead and bowing before them in worship and invoking them for help, is nothing but mere stupidity, because their foolish conduct cannot be explained in any other way. Unless a person has taken leave of his senses he cannot commit the folly that he should himself admit before you that his deities are non-creators and that AIIah alone is the Creator, and yet insist on their being the deities. If somebody has a little of the common sense, he will inevitably think how the one who has no power to create anything, and who has no share whatever in the creation of anything in the earth and heavens, can be our deity. Why should man bow before it and adore it as a deity? Does it possess any power that it could fulfil one's needs and requirements? Even if it hears one's prayers, whet could it do to answer them when it did not havc any power to create anything? For, evidently, afflictions can be removed only by him who can create something and not by him who can create nothing."
