Last night, our Broadstairs office came together for a long-awaited end-of-summer meal—with a touch of Christmas cheer. It was an evening filled with laughter, good food, and gratitude for another successful year.
"Warmest Wishes from Our Office Family!
Yesterday, we celebrated Christmas with joy, love, and laughter. Our office was filled with festive cheer, and we had an amazing time bonding over delicious food, and games
Merry Christmas to our colleagues, clients, and friends! May this holiday season bring you peace, happiness, and success.

First impressions matter.
My wife and I serve on the leadership team at our church.
Most Sundays, we’re at church at 6:20 a.m. to prepare our environment for Sunday service. We put up canopies, make coffee, put up flags, clean bathrooms, and nurseries, restock… all the unglamorous things.
That means we bring the girls with us, too. The alarm goes off at 4:30am, and needless to say, they’re not usually thrilled. And serving is a family affair. They absolutely help.
“Why do we serve so much, Dad?!” I get this question a lot. We tell them, “Because this could be someone’s first time coming to church, and how it looks and how it feels matters when they show up.”
How do people see you or your company for the first time?
What do they see when they pull into the parking lot? What’s the first thing they see and hear in the office?
Is it clean?
Do people seem engaged or disconnected?
Can you smell the break room lunches from the lobby? Are people energetic?
Are you smiling or stressed?
So many things can be determined without a word ever being spoken.
So, it’s your job to ensure that your culture and environment speak to your core values. They do, whether you’re intentional about it or not.
We're back with our famous Thanksgiving dinner process map!
Thank you to all of our valued partners and employees for another fantastic year! As we gather around tables filled with turkey, stuffing, and gratitude, let's take a moment to appreciate the intricate choreography behind a successful Thanksgiving feast.
Whether you're orchestrating a family gathering or optimizing business operations, remember: good planning is always something to be thankful for.
From all of us at PRO, have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Today, we had our Christmas team-building call, and it was such a reminder of how much I miss being in the office and seeing everyone in person. But honestly, my team makes everything work, no matter what.
We had so much fun with trivia about our projects, Bingo with classic online meeting phrases (yes, “You’re on mute!” was a hit), a holiday quiz, and sharing our favorite Christmas traditions, recipes, and stories.
It’s moments like this that make me grateful to work with so amazing people. Here’s to finding joy and connection, even from afar.

Happy Independence Day! Our office is closed in observance of the holiday, but we'll be back in tomorrow from 8:30am to 1:00pm, ready to bring the fireworks (figuratively speaking, of course!).
As financial advisors, we think there’s no better way to celebrate this day than by sharing an overview of the numbers that shape our celebratory experiences:
🍴$9.5 billion - The estimated amount Americans spent on 4th of July food in 2023 — about $93.34 per person.
🌭 150 million - The number of hot dogs consumed each 4th of July — enough to stretch from D.C. to L.A. more than five times. It’s also the number of American flags sold in the U.S. each year.
📺2 million - The number of people who tuned in to watch 2023 Nathan’s Famous International Hot Dog Eating Contest champs Miki Sudo and Joey Chestnut consume 102 hot dogs combined.
🍻$3 billion - The estimated amount of dollars Americans spent on beer and wine for the Fourth of July in 2023. If you partake, just remember to enjoy responsibly!
🎇$2.3 billion - The total U.S. consumers spent on fireworks in 2023.
🚗50.7 million - The number of people who traveled 50+ miles from home for the 4th of July, up 4% from 2022.
Whether your day includes travel, hot dogs and hamburgers, fireworks — or something else entirely — we’re wishing you a day filled with fun and relaxation!
Our latest blog is more patient-focused...remember that Thanksgiving is not a feast-filled event for all, but there is always something to be grateful for! Throughout the holiday season, let's be gracious to those who have different experiences! 🙏

Halloween may be over, but the holiday season is just getting started.
November is all about gratitude, and I’m so appreciative of the support I’ve received throughout my journey of owning my own business. Thankful for every client, colleague, and friend who’s been a part of it all.
