Is every murder recorded by someone to prove guilt of the murderer? . Do we have functional CCTV cameras everywhere to witness each and every crime? . Is every crime committed in broad daylight in public places for people to witness?? . No....Right? . That is the reason not every crime has direct evidence to prove the case. That is where circumstances become the evidence to prove guilt of the accused. . Now, what's there in the Bharatiya Sakshya Sanhita regarding Circumstantial Evidence? . #ElSalvador 🇸🇻: More than 2,000 soldiers and 500 police officers surrounded a populous neighborhood on the outskirts of El Salvador’s capital on Monday in an effort to quash the remnants of gangs the president said were trying to set up shop in the area. https://lnkd.in/gaPtbNkw Police surrounded the San Marcos neighborhood with a military fence, setting up checkpoints to prevent gang members from escaping, said Defense Minister René Francis Merino Monroy. The fence was the third of its kind to be installed in parts of San Salvador intended to find and arrest gang members still operating in the country. In March, Bukele ordered similar barricades to be put up in a northern part of the country, which he said was to dismantle a faction of the Barrio 18 gang. The blockade is the latest in the populist leader’s war on gangs, announced by Bukele following a surge of violence in March 2022. The war on gangs also dealt a strong blow to the Barrio 18 and MS-13 gangs that have long sowed terror in much of the country, extorting money, murdering those who didn’t pay and trafficking drugs. 🚨Travel and work abroad are associated with security risks that can come from many different sources and their impact on people and business can be devastating. 🛡️ Septu Group is a specialist security, risk management and crisis response company that supports the evolving security needs of individuals and businesses in Italy and around the world. The new statutory guidance on Stalking Protection Orders is welcome, but we are concerned it may have no effect unless officers are trained – and properly resourced – to make use of these protections. (https://ow.ly/QbLw50RkZPt) In our super-complaint we highlighted how four different types of measures designed to protect victims were being used poorly in many policing areas: https://ow.ly/cCIl50RkYLt
