📢 New insights on Leadership Paths for Women and Men in Estonia 📍 BPW Estonia BusinessClub / EENA Äriklubi recently hosted an impactful event unveiling a study by Praxis Think Tank that sheds light on how women and men reach executive roles differently. 📝The study, introduced by former BPW president Ester Eomois, shows that while men often rise to leadership positions through informal networks and chance, women must actively guide their career paths, navigating unique gender-related challenges. 👩🏫This research presentation, aimed at top private sector executives, is part of the broader "Power of Women Leaders" project—supported by the EU’s Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values Program, Swedbank, and the State Chancellery. Through this event, EENA BPW Estonia highlighted the need for understanding diverse leadership pathways and the impact of intentional career planning for women. 📥Let’s keep the conversation going! 💬 #WomenInLeadership #BPWEstonia #leadershippaths #powerofwomen

On this 8th day of March 2024, as we celebrate International Women's Day, I ponder over these few statistics as of December 2023: * Almost 50% of the world's population are women * Of the Fortune global 500 companies, only about 53 of them are women-led * Only 2 females are named among the CEO's of Ghana's 23 Commercial banks. These few highlights are a stark reality that women leaders remain a rare breed. This is not an issue just about recognition but more of an action. It’s crucial that we, as current leaders, dedicate ourselves to nurturing and expanding the reservoir of future female trailblazers. Together, let’s pledge to inspire inclusion, lift as we climb, and fervently champion mentorship. Your involvement can ignite change and foster a world where leadership knows no gender. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.

🌸 Empowering Women in Leadership 🌸 Women's leadership and representation are critical to driving meaningful change in political, economic, and community spaces. When we embrace diversity of thought, we pave the way for inclusive solutions—and women’s perspectives are indispensable. As we celebrate Women's Month, our commitment is to amplify women’s roles in decision-making. Through our people services, upskilling workshops, and pre-employment testing, we empower women to step into leadership with confidence and clarity. We also honor the trailblazing women who have laid the groundwork for others. Their leadership inspires us to foster environments where more women can lead, innovate, and shape the future of South Africa. Let’s continue to champion spaces where women's voices aren't just heard—they lead the conversation. #mallonconsulting #womeninleadership #representationmatters #womensmonthsa #empowerher #diversityandinclusion #womenempowerment #southafricanwomen #leadershipdevelopment #womeninsuccess
