Your individual perception determines the meaning you attach to the emotions you experience - resourceful or unresourceful! Anger is often a fearful emotion. Anxiety is often an indicator that you value something you are fearful of losing. Happiness often reveals receiving something you prefer. Look at what your emotions are telling you what you value. Then focus on what you desire and the emotions will become neutral to positive. Most important remember to breath.
