Step into a sacred sound journey with the Native American flute, a channel of ancient wisdom and healing vibrations. In this video, I weave together the melodies of this ancestral instrument to guide you into a deeper connection with your inner self and the spirit of nature. These sounds are more than music—they are medicine for the soul, carrying the echoes of the ancestors and the whispers of the earth. Each note is an invitation to journey within, to heal, and to align with the sacred rhythms of life. 🪶 How to Use This Journey: Create a ceremonial space for meditation or introspection. Let the flute guide your shamanic journeys or dreamwork. Use it to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. 🌵Personal Note: This offering is born from my personal path with shamanism and the transformative power of music medicine. The Native American flute has taught me to listen deeply—to the earth, to the unseen, and to the sacred song within each of us. #shamanicmusic #meditationmusic #shamanicjourney #psychedelics #healingmusic #soundhealing #relaxingmusic #nativeamericanstyleflute #removenegativity #healingmusic #peaceful #meditation #relaxation #soundmeditation #soundtherapy #soundbath #meditationmusic #improvisation #calm #harmony #spiritualmusic #innerjourney #indigenouswisdom #livemeditation

Singing bowls are a type of bell, specifically classified as a standing bell. Rather than hanging inverted, they sit with the bottom surface resting, and the rim vibrates to produce sound waves characterized by a fundamental frequency and usually two audible harmonic overtones.#singingbowls #healing #soundhealing #harmonicresonance

🎩 In Tango, when you invite someone onto the dance floor is like inviting them onto the ride on the magic carpet. First - it’s not just one dance, but 3 or 4, depending on the DJ and local customs. 🎩 The first dance is like a date. You meet someone for the first time and you learn about each other. 🎩 Then comes the second song. And now you know, or you think you know. Based on your assumption you braving into more involved movements, you look to taste more detailed flavors of the music, you might propose space for adornment, or maybe hear the counterproposal to your movement. Now you are a couple. Two people united in the pursued of the dance. 🎩 And then the 3rd song comes and now you are the seasoned couple. You no longer need the lengthy explanation. It seems like almost no lead is required and she responds with the step you exactly wished for. You read and feel the music together. You feel the upcoming explosion of the accent. You just know. You found someone who knows. Just like you do. ✨ 💃🕺✨ It might take a tanda. It might take a few tandas, It might take a milonga, it might take a few milongas. It might take years. Whatever it takes, it is a journey. On the way, you meet people who ‘just get it,’ ‘your people’. Your Tango circle. 📋 READ MORE: https://smpl.is/8w8er #tango #tangodance #dancetango #tangodreams #emotion #intuition #gutsfeeling

I recently listened to a new song from Luke Combs' latest album "Father's & Sons," which struck a chord with me. The song's narrative touches on the small, often overlooked moments that sometimes feel like annoyances but, when viewed through a lens of gratitude, reveal themselves as precious experiences. In our daily lives, it's easy to get bogged down by minor inconveniences – the traffic jams, the long lines, the miscommunications. Yet, Luke Combs' lyrics remind us to appreciate these moments. They are often tied to experiences with loved ones, lessons learned, and memories made. For instance, Combs' storytelling depicts hunting trips and shared wisdom between generations. It's a powerful reminder that these "annoyances" can be opportunities for connection, growth, and reflection. They are the threads that weave together the fabric of our lives. Reflecting on this, I realize that gratitude can transform our perspective, turning potential frustrations into moments of appreciation. This lesson applies not just to personal experiences but also to our professional journeys. Whether dealing with a challenging project or navigating team dynamics, reframing our mindset to focus on the positives can lead to more fulfilling and impactful outcomes. So, next time you're faced with a minor annoyance, try to reframe it. Look for the hidden value, the lesson, or the connection it brings. You might just find that what once felt like a nuisance is actually a blessing in disguise. Let's all strive to see the silver lining and appreciate the little things that make life rich. #Gratitude #LifeLessons #LukeCombs #FathersAndSons #PositiveMindset
