Is it a waste of time to act like you’re 500 people even when you’re just getting started? 🤔 At Profound North we’ve tried to do everything we can, from the very beginning, to navigate all actions based on what would serve us best long term. Even before having our first employee, we had (okay, this was mostly Kristoffer Skjærbæk) written a handbook for how it is like to work at us - or, maybe a bit more accurately, how we envisioned it to be. We’ve also spend a lot of time deciding what kind of processes we want, what tech stack serves us best and how our product is going to look like in a few years from now. Not much of what we’re doing is based on random chance.
