Key points that can be learned from the Short Class with the theme of Talent Management organized by MySkill include: • Talent management consists of five key components that are critical to achieving company goals, including: strategic Human Resources planning, attracting top talent, employee development, talent retention, and performance monitoring. • The AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) model can be applied in talent management to optimize the employee journey within the organization. Each phase of this model helps companies attract, activate, retain, refer, and maximize employee contributions. • Talent management strategies should focus on talent retention by creating a supportive and motivating work environment.
