On Thursday, 20 June 2024, I joined a short class from MySkill with the topic Talent Management. Learning session was held in two methods, that is to say, material presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint including discussion with participants and mini task completion. The mini task can be inspected on below Through this activity, I learn more about talent management as one of HR functions. I understand that talent management is a systematic and integrated system to manage all talent needs, such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit, the company’s benefit from this system, and also how to keep talent from termination. The system also helps talent to prepare and develop their skill for the company’s needs in the future.
