Break The Cycle Global’s Post

Day 29 of 31 Days of Gratitude: Cherishing Community 🌐 As I near the end of this 31-day reflective journey, today's gratitude is dedicated to the incredible power of community. 🤝 In my work with Break the Cycle Global, I've witnessed firsthand how a united group of individuals with a common purpose to advance the Kingdom of God can create ripples of change that extend far beyond their immediate surroundings. The strength, resilience, and compassion of the communities we work with in East Africa are a testament to the human spirit's capacity for kindness and cooperation. I have a saying in Swahili that our Kenyan organization references often: "Tuna Jaribu, Tuna Jifunza, Tuko Pamoja." This translates to English as: We are Trying, We are Learning, We are Together. It’s the "together" that gets us through the trying and learning, the pain of the process. At the end of the day, we recognize… We are Together. With this in mind, I'm deeply thankful for: The local leaders and volunteers who dedicate their lives to uplifting others. Your passion is the heartbeat of progress. ❤️ Our donors and supporters who believe in our mission and join us in making a difference. Your generosity fuels hope and transformation. 🌟 My colleagues and partners in the field, whose collaboration and expertise turn visions into reality. Together, we're stronger. 🤝 Each of you plays a vital role in the tapestry of change, and I am profoundly grateful for the sense of belonging and purpose you bring into my life. As we continue to work towards creating Christ-centered communities, your support and dedication remind me that when we come together, we function as a body. All parts equal but different, advancing the Kingdom of God together. Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. 🚀 Tuko Pamoja! We are Together. 🤓 🙏 🐘 #Day29ofGratitude #CommunityStrength #BreakTheCycleGlobal #Thankful
