I’d like to share that RWE and Peabody have entered into a 5+GW partnership for the development of solar and storage. Beyond the initial 5GWs in IL and IN this relationship extends to all Peabody reclaimed mines globally. I’d like to thank the entire RWE team for supporting this transaction as well as Justin Burke (Peabody), Chris Wittenauer (Peabody/R3), Patrick Forkin (Peabody/R3), Daniel Flannery (Breakwall Capital), Patrick Murphy (Summit Capital Partners), and in particular the R3 team and John Jones for their dedication over the last several months.
