As someone living in Amsterdam, I don't usually go outside of 'De Ring', but for the students of the Deltion College I made an exception. The alarm went very early because the students were not around the corner. We had to give our presentation all the way in Zwolle. Us being 'the expert' on sustainability within the hotel industry, we taught the students the sustainable practises of Conscious Hotels. From ground-coupled heat exchangers to simply closing the curtains in the summer (we really do this) and from lampshades made of coffee grounds to planting 27.709 trees so far. We told the students all. I am happy to have spend my morning teaching for a change. Thanks to Deltion College for the opportunity and thanks to Bruno the Bear from BREiNN for hosting.
