3mo"I never imagined I’d have to write this about Breitling, a brand I once admired. I purchased a Breitling with high expectations, given the reputation for quality and durability. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Breitling’s service team has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel it’s only fair to share this for anyone considering a Breitling purchase. Initial Issues and Costly Repair: My watch began having issues with timekeeping and the clasp sticking. When I sent it to Breitling for repair, I was quoted $1,000 with the assurance that the watch would be fully serviced and returned in like-new condition. I waited five months to get it back, only to find the clasp still sticky and the crown not locking properly. Poor Communication: After returning the watch a second time, I was informed that my model’s crown doesn’t actually lock, a detail they neglected to tell me initially. Had I known, I would have avoided the additional repair, saving me another six months without my watch. It’s troubling that Breitling’s service standards don’t align with the premium prices they charge.
