Fruits that benefit the skin with their antioxidant properties are a great option to support skin health. Based on my personal experiences, I have observed that pomegranates and strawberries, in particular, help keep the skin youthful and radiant. These fruits can protect the skin against free radicals and may also help even out skin tone and tighten it.
